Empty and re-seat the water tank to ensure it's properly aligned.
Clean the water level sensors inside the dehumidifier, as they might be dirty or obstructed.
Reset the dehumidifier by unplugging it for 10-15 minutes, then plugging it back in.
If using continuous drainage, check for unobstructed water flow in the hose.
Check any float mechanism in the water tank to see if it's stuck.
Contact Hometronix support if the issue persists, as your unit may need professional repair or have a known issue.

I have a Hometronix dehumidifier, I have never been used as the red full water tank light stays on, I have followed all the instructions but to no avail. Please can you help (I have had it for over a year).

In reply to Mick cockrill. Hello... There is no button or option specifically for laundry mode but you can use it to dry laundry.
